2018 QAF information Sessions



QAF Application Information Sessions are mandatory 1st time QAF applicants and those applicants that have not applied in the past two years.

The QAF Information sessions are open to both Individual Artists and Organizations.
Applicants can fulfill this requirement in one of two ways:

  1. Attend an informational group session – RSVP Below
  2. Attend a one-on-one meeting with a QCA staff member

Group information session schedule

Information Sessions will begin promptly at 6:00 PM, unless otherwise noted, and last approximately 2 hours.
Translation of information sessions is available in Spanish, Chinese and Korean, if requested 2 weeks prior to the session you want to attend.Click the date you would like to attend below to RSVP.
RSVP is highly recommended. Space is limited.

one-on-one meetings

Applicants who have reviewed the grant guidelines and started working on the QAF application are invited to meet one-on-one with QAF Staff to discuss their proposed project in depth.

You must have your QAF application in draft form on the QAF online platform.
