Meet omar solis

The Queens Council on the Arts Junior Board (QCAJB) is comprised of a variety of young professionals from diverse occupational fields and backgrounds, each of whom has been hand picked for the opportunity. QCAJB members are mentored by the Board of Trustees to become ambassadors for our organization, develop leadership, and bring new skills and perspectives to the boardroom table.

Omar Solis, Founder, Digital Villain Studios

Before starting a Digital Villain Studios – a small digital production shop in Queens - Omar Solis worked several years as an Internet Project Manager at various NYC-based advertising agencies working with finance & pharmaceutical clients.  A life-long Queens resident, Omar joined QCA's Junior Board because of interest in supporting local artists to assist in increasing awareness to their wonderful talents.

Omar is passionate about emerging technologies and hopes to explore & promote exciting new trends in interactive media. In Omar's spare time, he has a string interest in pop culture, B-movies and exploring new places.
